@Ki77a WhSpRz, I do believe it has to be down right tho as in nose to tail varied diet consisting of Red meat, pork, eggs, butter, cheese, fish and organ meats especially to cover all nutrients and such
@Ki77a WhSpRz, I’ve been doing it for 2 months results are off the charts especially gym performance, sleep, muscle gain/fat loss, no bloating or gas I feel great; however I’ve been experiencing loose stool which I’ve ready is part of the adaption phase like you said maybe different microbes or toxins being expelled idk but that’s the only negative I’ve seen coming from a guy who used to 7-12 cups of vegetables a day and experienced electrolyte imbalances and horrible gas and bloating

That breathing exercise really DOES work for me. In a couple of weeks, I noticed a changes in my belly fat … From 30″ to 28.5″. Every night, I do it before going to sleep 😪… The lymphatic system breathing and the 4-7-8 breathing exercises as shown on “the take a deep breath” YouTube channel.
I like this video! I have a question….every time I’ve tried to go low carb, I get depressed and head aches too! I have no idea why. I even had to cut back some protein and add more vegetables back in. What to do when your body doesn’t like low carb? And, I guess it’s ok to do my way, it seems to feel best? Just wanted an opinion. 🙂
I agree, when I go back to carbs after cutting out carbs I feel a sense of energy in my body. I think what works, in my opinion, is doing low carb, not “no carb”. You have to find how many carbs are just enough to prevent you from feeling deprived/depressed without going overboard. Maybe try to stay around 50 grams a day and try different amounts through trial and error. Every body is different so nobody can really tell you what to do day in and day out. Unfortunately with all the info on dieting out there we really are left on our own to figure it out because no two ppl are identical in their dietary needs, exercise requirements, genetics, or overall health.
Sounds like your addicted to sugar/carbs you need to detox it’s like a drug addiction

Fasting 18h and more, yes berberine started last month and cinnamon excellent. I also go for longer fast, and cycle with OMAD

If I don’t sleep at night but go to sleep at 8 am and sleeping for an average of 13 hours..
It’s not sleep deprivation because I don’t continue the day after a night of not sleeping .
