I GAINED WEIGHT DOING KETO BUT REALIZED I WAS EATING WAY TOO MANY CALORIES
I am living proof that a huge reduction of carbs does reduce belly fat. In just 4 months I lost a entire size eliminating all but about 30 carbs a day. Combined with OMAD, on a 22/2 hr schedule it’s been very manageable. I’m not too worried about calories with a simple intact of 3 oz protein, the remainder of good fats and plenty of green leafy vegetables. Berries are a treat or a snack of pecans or pistachios keeps me from feeling deprived. Have fun converting conventional recipes but many are already very keto friendly. Eggs Benedict over a toasted slice of almond bread is just one example. And Crack chicken will yield 4 servings and it’s totally keto.
