Ikr? I even competed in the challenge and lost lol still absolutely love the video. They may just be triggered by everyone’s amazing weightloss photos in the video, cause wow these people worked HARD. maybe the dislikers are just jealous or something 🙄 I found these stories downright inspirational!
There is something to be said about safety of losing 17 lbs in 3 weeks when the medical guidelines recommend it to be no more than 2 lbs per week
@sandythedoc I think it’s matter of metabolism… Idk. How there can be a rule when someone can lose 3lbs for 2 weeks and others for 2 months. Since a person eats healthy, workout and do not starve, I think it’s fine. But this is my point of view. Thanks for the comment though. All the best.
@sandythedoc I was thinking they lost a whole bunch of water weight, mostly. I participated in the challenge too, but I didn’t come into the challenge with any preexisting weight issues and had already been working out with Cassey for a lil over 2 years now. I didn’t weigh myself at all during, but I noticed I lost alot of bloat in my stomach, hands and feet, and my trips to the restroom were alot more regular and succinct and less painful. Another thing I noticed in IG was that alot of girls doing the 21 Day Tone were also incorporating the daily exercise into a larger workout routine that consisted of at least 3 or 4 different videos, so I’d imagine the winners were probably working out for way over the original 21 minutes every day stipulation. Most girls in the Facebook group for example, were also doing Lilly Sabri’s and Chloe Ting’s videos after Cassey’s 21 minute workout. Between going hard and losing excess gas and water weight, I can believe 17 lbs of loss in 3 full weeks 💁🏻♀️

I really like that people enjoy your challenge but personally for me, the weight loss isnt the driving factor and in my past concentrating on the weight loss portion drove me into my ED! But of course that’s just me, and really love your workouts!!!

yeah, for me too :// i love cassie and her workouts but, sometimes, focusing on weight loss can be triggering for me. of course, that’s just me.
Same here. No ED here, but I hope that you are doing ok. I learned that I love working out and running and I found that I love feeling sore because I know that it’s one more step to a better me. I didn’t really change my diet except for just making more smart desisions about what I eat. I drank more water and it changed me from the inside out.
@Anna Gray I am doing okay, thank you! I love that for you! I really enjoy working out too and I find that I get mental clarity and it really helps with managing my stress. I’m always grateful I am able to move my body the way I can and I eat foods that make feel good!!

I did this challenge and i didn’t have a huge physical change, but I now enjoy working out! Thank you so much Casey for helping me find the joy in exercise! 💕
Cassey, I think the fact it was only 21 minutes a Day made it SO much more manageable. My first workout I cried. It was so hard and I felt so sorry for myself. But I kept going and I lost about 5 lbs! Thank you also for talking through our workouts- it makes it easier when my mind is somewhere else!

OMG, i’m super proud of everyone who did this challenge, not gonna lie it was hard as a carrot, plus the new diet and the pandemic but the environment that Cassey create for all of us was the thing that change not only our body but also our mind! Thank you Miss C for everything
OOOOH!!! I want to do this! I just tagged you on my IG story of my weightloss! down 1 pant size after 3 weeks but even better (with no change in diet fyi) I went from stage 2 hypertension to normal blood pressure in 3 weeks by doing popilates 3x a week!
i was so bummed cuz i was doing the 21day challenge and then the last 4days i ended up having covid 😩 now i wanna start all over! wish me luck!

I didn’t do the 21 day challenge, but I’m doing the beginner challenge and going around to doing the 28 day summer sculpt and hopefully I’ll eventually get the strength to do 21 day tone!

@Laura0901 if you don’t want to give up complex carbs, why not give it a try with the complex carbs and if it doesn’t work out, you can always revamp later?

This is a great video if you watch it in its entirety. I can see where people are concerned with the title and the fact that it appears everything is about weight loss. Cassey is big on personal growth, so perhaps this feedback will be a tool for her to assess how titles can affect our perception and initial reaction to a video. Please everyone, don’t jump on her with hateful posts. Let’s not forget the HUNDREDS of posts and FREE videos that encourage non-scale victories. Cassey, thank you for everything you do.
