if you are doing yoga, try to start by 20 min session by her channel or yogalates or sara beth

The biggest and I mean by far most important thing is consistency. Doesn’t really matter if you do a push up a day or 100 as long as you start.

just work out. Be consistent. A short workout is better than no workout. If you don’t feel like going, force yourself to, then once you get there, you’ll get in the zone. Don’t overcomplicate things, find a plan you like and follow it. And EAT (or eat less if you want to lose weight)

Cassie i have been doing leg workouts regularly now since November and they became muscly. Ever since I’ve been doing your leg workouts (2 months) my legs have changed a lot and look very slim and toned. Thank you sooo much ❤️
