It absolutely works and you’ll feel some muscles starting to show up in a week or two. Not visibly noticeable but you’ll be able to feel that it’s happening 🙂

I don’t know if someone can help but I have been working out 5 times a week (30-40mins) and I have been gaining belly fat more than losing 😳 is it normal? Is it going to leave after a while? Also this is an amazing AB routine Cassey!

I’d love to do it, but I have a messed up spine (which I’ve had a couple surgeries on) and I couldn’t do 4/5 of those. But I have found other core exercises I can do. It’s all about find what works for you

i”ve never tried the earthquake but i can definitely imagine my whole body shaking from trying to hold it for more that 10sec so the name seems very fitting
