just wanted to say ive been doing these exact stretches for a few months and ive seen some real progress… at this pace ill be in the splits by end of summer. consistency is key!

it’s become a bit of an inside joke at my practices that we’ll just randomly slide into the splits, and this’ll finally get me to maximum levels of surprise during games

I started Taekwondo and just finished my 3rd hour long class and I’m trying to get more flexible for it so I’ll try these and hopefully they work

Hi Cassey! Could you consider making some off-shoulder or open shoulder workout tops? I was watching an anime and saw an open shoulder top with ribbons the shoulders—it would’ve been sooo cute as a workout top 😫

I am a dancer ( for 9 years – still am a dancer ) and I could never do the splits but with these stretches I was able to do them within a month
These stretches really do work

I’m a competitive dancer in Nashville Tennessee. These tips are so helpful! I’m joining a new company next year and I’m not the most flexible. These tips are so helpful !thank you!
