i literally just force myself to stand up. i don’t even think about working out yet, just standing up. once i’m up, i think welp may as well work out now 😂
Mmmmmm! Yes!! ☺️ I workout w my sib and it feels so much more motivating 🖤✨ I do suggest getting a workout partner that has similar workout needs to u or at least not too far different otherwise ur schedule nd timing on workout may clash
So you have created a ton of the perfect clothes but now you need to create the perfect sweatpants that are flattering cute baggy but not to baggy a pair that everyone will love

Working out with my wife is a real game-changer. There’s a 50/50 chance either of us won’t want to workout, but that’s only a 25% chance we BOTH don’t want to 👌
I workout with my bf. And it’s super encouraging. Never worked out before. Have been working out since last 5 months and i can feel stronger and healthier. Now I’m always excited for the next workout session
