What if you can’t fully extend your legs when try and go up on your toes. What should I do? I love your videos.❤️❤️ could you make a stretch for non flexible people lol

I’m gonna assume you go as far as you can,without overdoing it that you harm yourself,and keep working over time until you can fully extend. Kinda like with anything involving flexibility, it’s gonna take time and progress. ❤️

Ok girl. Im on a health kick…. It’s been over a month. I’ve lost 20 pounds. My goal is to lose my hundred. I’ll be 140 and if I end up heavier and stronger even better. But I’m 5’11 “ and 237 (today) got my Fitbit. Have my calorie deficit. I feel good I feel confident
Long story short, short story long. My goal is to feel good in your workout clothes…. Maybe in a Kardashian skim too 😂😜 So I deem it only necessary to start trying some of your workouts. I shall update you with progress. From obese to strong 💪🏻 and also cute while doing so with no camel toe ( thanks to you) -Missy

You have to just work on ur flexibility ! There’s no hack that will have you instantly able to do that… you have to do hamstring stretches like this one every day, and when you’re on the floor doing a seated forward fold, instead of touching your toes and having your knees bend, go as far as u can with ur legs straight, and it’ll keep getting further the more u do it!
Look up hamstring stretches and do them daily

You have to just work on ur flexibility !
