Omg I was actually really scared to do this because I injured my hamstring back in college when I went from a cartwheel dropped into a split direct onto hardwood floor at the end of a dance routine and heard a “pop”. 😳 The injury still restricts and affects my flexibility to this day.
Anywayyyyy for the Doja Splits challenge, with some slowwwww practice, pillows, and the Cloudcushion mat from @POPFLEX (will be restocked soon), my hammies were saved this time!
I literally did this so many times this morning. Toppled over almost every single time too! It’s all in squeezing the thighs and core. Finally got it – sorta!

I actually was able to do this when I was 10 ( i learn yoga so i could do spilts ) but after that I had a long time break about an year.. and i totally lost my flexibility and even tho I do it every day to practice i can’t even do a normal spilt right so do you have any new exercises that would work??
i really like Anna Mcnulty’s stretches. (She’s on youtube). Helped me get the splits and over splits. Going into a deep lunge really helped me earlier on and just staying consistent.
@Rach Mei i know her too but she is too advanced streches which is hard and i also know she does beginner onces too but those are also hard once (for me) cause some of them are like touching your toes and back steam and others.. Anyways thanks for telling again, I’m happy that u shared

I just did that challenge but it wasn’t that hard for me because I didn’t have to do it 87 times that sound extremely exhausting ps my mom is doing the 29 day an challenge while I’m relaxing before gymnastics watching your videos

Hey! I have a question for a product
For your legging one of your pros is it lifts up the booty but I think some people (including me) maybe don’t want that I mean there are so many people who would say “You’re asking for attention” or think we are obligated to give them our number and I think that would make a lot of people more comfortable with going to the gym and buying your products 😊
