This is one of my fave no-jumping circuit workouts!! It's perfect for when it's too cold to go for a run 🙌 .

Do each move for 1 minute with a 15 second rest in between. After 4 rounds, you're done!!

Squat Touches x 1 min
Walking Lunges x 1 min
Side to Side Squats x 1 min
Plié Squats x 1 min
