Totally get that. Then the guilt comes in if you don’t because you miss the sense of accomplishment, but then when you do it, youre on the verge of a breakdown. It’s tough and it’s brutal, but there are always solutions to overcoming these obstacles xx

I’m really struggling for motivation right now and actually doing it, I’ve been trying to build up the duration of my planks and squats but I can never make it passed 15 seconds π
I was struggling with motivation just a few weeks ago so i took a week off and felt better or maybe switch out the routine you are trying start with something easier and build up difficulty. as for planks try with an easier plank i still cant hold it with my elbow on the floor but with my palms i find it easier, as for squats maybe try with a chair near by it might help. I personally have the same problems but trying our best is what matters.
Consistently is the key..I’m burning stomach fat for healthy stomach. I admire you..you are so productive classy and passionate there’s so many things you love to do..

I know how much regular p.t. will help my asthma and arthritis. But the consistency is difficult no matter who you are. Even when it appears as we are successful, does not mean it did mot take hours of self talk to arrive there π

What really motivates me is to remind myself why I started
In those moments, something like taking a walk, dancing, or doing a few jumping jacks is a great way to get started. If u donβt want to work out still, then at least u got active for a bit, and if u do, then you are already warmed up!

When I have these days, I spend so long deciding if I should that I end up taking a walk or cleaning/organizing instead, because I still have that “need to do something” energy.

Yup, usually takes even hour, then i start late and have dinner at 11PM πππ
