i burn cals like crazy when i work out mad lol
@Bimmerbabe that is why I purposely get into a fight before working out 💀
Yeah. But what does it cost:
1. Waking up early and cutting sleep coz world wont move ahead by 1 hr.
2. Lack of sleep coz cant sleep due to tension of having to wake up early and then waking up early by 10 alarms each at 5 min interval.
3. Cummulatively causing irritation throught the day throughout the week by small small things.
4. Having to manage extra laundry. Extra work for college girls living in dorms. Causes stress
5. Getting self concious while walking due to my anxiety and thus swinging hands weirdly. Having awkwardly straight posture. And omg the legs! Sometimes either walking like pig or like model. Concsious walking makes my leg go forward weird. Thus extra stress on being angry at myself.
Ultimately 1 hr stressful walking took up 15hr of mental energy. And hence i successfully stopped walking and remained my old self. ✌🏻
It’s for mental health so i bring money for a treat. Donuts, ice cream, fresh cut up fruit, candy, etc.. always brightens me up to have something edible while i walk ( note only 1 item to not overdue the sugar) 😂🤣
Why do you need to cut sleep? When they say walk, they mean a 10 minute walk around the cul de sac, not an hour long slog
And if you’re in dorms then you’re already walking to class right? I could be wrong bc of covid but still. I think you may be overcomplicating it. If I can’t walk then I just sit outside instead of inside

Yep its always the angriest walk ever
But only for like 20 mins, then you start to feel good and the music kicks in to help with some rhythm
I prefer hiking because nature is really the only thing that helps my depression and anxiety so if I don’t have time for that and am “forced” to do a leisure walk this is def. me. it doesnt help and I just stomp back home feeling defeated and try to make time to hike instead over the weekend. lol

I love walking but it wasn’t always that way, after a year of my mum encouraging me to walk each day through covid i finally developed a passion for it!
