I do one coffee …but I am doing Gemmo therapy now (Ribes Nigrum) have to do it for 6 months π and very very low Estrogen level

So many say to take magnessium but which type of magnessium? There are so many.
Going to sleep is not my struggle. I wake up and I can’t go back to sleep. I wake up around 2-3am and cant go back to sleep. I am 52 and post menopausal so I know that is a huge part of my issue.
