Here’s my recipe: 1 tall glass with 2 ice cubes, followed by a wedge of lemon squeezed and dropped in. 2 drops of essential ginger oil. 2 fingers of Bragg’s (well shaken), and finally a 12 ounce can of seltzer water. I don’t know how beneficial it really is, but it certainly isn’t hurting me. Every day!

I add around 2 tablespoons of ACV to a glass, add 30 drops of electrolytes, and top it off with 12 ounces of flavored sparkling water. Do you think I should be drinking this through a straw, or is it diluted enough to be safe for my teeth. I drink it throughout the day, and it’s my preferred beverage. Other than coffee or tea, it’s the only thing I drink. I love the taste, especially with the different flavors of sparkling water.
Watch “Gourmet Vegetarian Kitchen” and make your own ACV. I did and it’s amazing and fun. I’ve since graduated to sauerkraut and fermented dill pickles for more probiotics. Been making yogurt (strained to bring down the carbs) for years. You’re in the driver’s seat!

bragg’s now makes ACV in pill form. the directions indicate that a person should take 3 tabs.
I don’t understand 😳😳. I have been consuming apple cider vinegar for years and on a very low carb diet and also fasting. I just got blood work results and Iam now pre diabetic and very high cholesterol. The cleaner I eat the worst my health gets.
I think I will try this amazing product. I am expecting amazing results already.
Been taking this in the morning for last 5 years. 2 tablespoons in glass of water. Like the taste. Not sure of the health benefits, but I find it kills my appetite – makes OMAD easier.

I take 3 tbsp of it before bed. No more acid reflux, and very few urges to urinate at night. My minor eczema has disappeared, and my alkali gut is gone! I use this, in conjunction with, intermittent fasting. Such a Blessing!
