@Benoit Péloquin Is that not too high? I would think it should be around 3 mg. I tried to night in a row to take one tablet of 10 mg and got the most nightmares ever. It was awful

I noticed that different brands of melatonin in the same dose produce different quality of sleep. Any ideas why?
Sun is the best medicine for keeping a good health. And a good sort of Yoga like Suriya Namaskar practising in the Sun , must give a strong health n a good night sleep. U talk too fast Dr Nick but express very valuable words.
I’ve found that if I’m struggling to fall asleep, I’m experiencing high levels of inflammation in my body. Seriously cutting back on carbs and hydrogenated oils makes a huge difference. Since going low carb, changing our bulbs 💡 back to soft white, and using red/NIR light therapy has allowed me to fall asleep fast and sleep very soundly all night long.
This is an eye opener! Here I thought Melatonin had primarily one benefit, for sleep! I take 500 mg of Magnesium Glycinate at night so I’m wondering if this would be an overload🤔! Thanks for the information Dr. Z!!
