Thank you for this timely information! Iβm going to work on this. Iβm not very overweight but the least little sugar in particular at night causes leg cramps. Also, I eat healthy overall with salad daily and such but I love salt and at night Iβll eat lots of raw pumpkin seeds but shake pink salt continuously on them and no telling how much salt Iβm consuming plus I love pickles also. I have pernicious anemia and digestive problems I started mixing in my meats apple vinager I was filling better but I developed high blood pressure and arritmyas and the doctor putme in metroprolol but got worst and going to emmergency several timesand the dr addedpill for blood pressure and got worse and worse I took several test for the heart and were normaldoing the exercise but the arrytmia borher me until one time in emergency the nurse notice my potasium was low every time coming to the emergency was lower 3.7 .. 3.6.. 3.5.. 3.4 .. 3.3 3.2. and the last 3.1 plus the arrytmia she told my potasium was going low. the dr toldme becarefull with potasium it can stop your hearth at the end I found that apple cider low your potasium and vitamin B12 too and was drinking vitamin b12 and poasium as you see…
