I drink lemon water with acv and sea salt throughout the day since I do OMAD.
I do the same and sometimes add some Ceylon cinnamon as it adds flavor and further helps control the blood sugar.

Iโm 75 yo and drink 12 oz of filter water with 1 TBS of apple cider vinegar and 1 tsp lemon juice, mixed in , twice a day . Doing last 1 1/2 yrs. no episodes of heartburn at night !

I drink the juice of a 1/2 lemon in 12 oz of water and add a bit of stevia โ it seems to help my digestion.

While there are benefits, i never had a cavity in my life until age 44 when I started drinking lemon water, and I was even drinking it through a straw
Iโd say no correlation. Unless you are drinking it frequently throughout the day, itโs unlikely that it will wear down your teeth enamel. Especially when you were using a straw.
I have been drinking lemon water for the past week or so. Probably too soon to see any benefit yet, but I’ll definitely be doing the 15-day lemon water challenge.
I drink lemon water 4 to 5 times per week during dinner on the week days, and I feel great!

It’s comical that I woke up at 3:35AM and noticed this banner on my phone, I got up sliced a lemon mix it in my water and drink it. Afterwards, I am watching the video. At least I did something healthy early this morning.
I’m in. ๐๐ผ๐. I’m actually on my 4th day of drinking one warm class of lemon water in the morning and at least one with cold water or unsweetened sparkling water. So far I feel good, not much different but my bloating I gone. I am going to keep it up.
