What if what it truly tight are the ligaments around your knees so you have a hard time crouching? How do you stretch that?!
I just can’t do it. I have to lift up my upper body in order to straighten my legs. Any tipps?
Practise. You’ll get there. Maybe try using yoga blocks (or a few books if you don’t have those) to make it easier
