I have been doing intermittent fasting , so using ACV just twice a day . Since watching this , I’m wondering about adding a morning drink of ACV ?

I drink 1 tablespoon ACV in a “trenta” size Starbucks cup of water twice a day (I add 1 teaspoon “Calm” for magnesium/1 teaspoon potassium’s citrate powder/1 large splash (probably a tablespoon) of organic lemon juice or a fresh lemon or lime) pinch of pink salt, and depending on my mood, a splash of some raspberry ice a drink with stevia (a bottle will last 2 weeks so very little) or a few drops of raspberry stevia… carrying it around with me and drinking it through a straw which helps bypass teeth and I drink more. I drink 2-3 of these concoctions a day. Gets rid of heartburn… so dramatically decreases asthma, as well as decreases appetite. I gagged at the taste of ACV at first but now I look forward to it … almost crave it! My #1 drink!

Two tablespoons in a glass of water first thing in the morning. Don’t need to lose weight – just like the taste and find it a refreshing drink in the morning. Have been consuming it for last three years. Not sure if I believe all the hype about it, but have always done OMAD and perhaps it reduces the appetite.
There are many proven benefits, but the truth is stretched about it by many online gurus.

I bought the ACV from your online NuVision Health Center website, which are great because there is no bad taste or bad odor! But, to make them stretch, I alternate with liquid 😝 ACV mixed with lemon, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and honey. I only take either 2 pills OR 2 tablespoons per day.

I’ve started to drink 1 tbsp of ACV with 2 ounces of raw milk. Immediately followed
