I feel this way too after hard workouts. Sometimes Im feeling it 2 days after!! Question, is it ok to workout while I’m still feeling like I was hit by a freight train?

Yes, but you should train a different part of your body. So if your legs hurt maybe do abs or arms but not legs until you are no longer in pain.

Haha I used to be like that before, then I started using foam roller. Now I’m not sore anymore, maybe just a tiny bit. Totally recommended!

this actually never happens to me anymore. I remember when I started training last year, I would be unable to walk up the stairs the next day. Does that mean that I should be training harder now if I don’t get sore like that anymore?
