I was always taught that animal fat does not denature under high heat- is this incorrect?
I watch grocery hauls by moms on UTube. and the foods they are purchasing to feed their children is beyond alarming. They are filling their children with sugar, grains, chemicals, pre-packaged foods, etc. Dr. Berry is trying to educate these mothers and I hope you are doing the same.

Fully agree, great video as usually, … but have still some doubts. Honey is just pure sugar. If it has something good in minuscule quantities, it does not “unsugar” him. And not sure if avocado oil is good for cooking, I’m using it a only as dressing following several advice I have found in past.
Why would avocado oil not be good for cooking?

Dr Z always makes long story short and cuts to the chase.
Even the olive and avocado oils are cut with canola and soy and corn oils. Lard and tallow are at the top of my list.

Saw you had oats on approved grains , I love and ate them everyday but stopped as I thought they’re a carb and pro inflammation.

I use fresh organic fruit to curb my sugar addition. I also drink over a 100 oz of water a day and that seems to help all cravings!
