In the protein bars & protein powders, besides looking for the sugars -ose, what bad chemicals shall I look for? Which brands would be ok? Dr Z Thanks.
Avoid…Artificial sweeteners such as maltitol, trans fats and hydrogenated fats, grains, refined oils etc.

I think there should be a bit more explanation on the topic of “fried foods” being “bad”. In this video, the Dr. simply states that you should avoid fried food. This is not 100% the correct statement. The act of frying food is not inherently wrong / bad. The issue is the ingredients and the type of oils used for frying. If the typical meat coating (breading) is used, it contains chemicals and sugars, which IS bad for you. The cheap vegetable oils used in most commercial frying applications are also bad for you. I assume, this is the reason why he states Fried Foods should be avoided. If you fry meat at home, avoiding breading the meat, and you fry the meat using healthy butter, or ghee – then fried food is FINE.
They lied about everything! Now I just do the opposite of what ” they” say!!!!

This video is the answer to many of my problems in regards to being overweight. I do not have high blood pressure or diabetes but have gout in my knees something horrible. Now I appreciate the truth but will have to make all necessary adjustments to what I eat. This for me is going to be challenging.
