Love the moves, but honsetly: Watching this is a pain in the buttocks. There is a difference between short and crisp information and high speed turbo info overload. If it is an effective workout that you use regularly, I’d appreciate it, if you could just adopt it into your “nice and quick” 5 minute workouts (at least I do believe that there is a playlist focussing on short workouts? Sorry if I am mistaken). Also sorry if that is just me, but I can’t focus on both watching someone perform a move and simultaneously watching the text bubble ALL THE WHILE the difference between the moves is so very subtle.
