I wish I could do the plié squats, but my leg strength is AWFUL do to my having a leg surgery, which makes it hard for me to perform these moves. But I try anyways, with some help from a chair! ☺️

This also helped me when trying to build strength while also building depth.. Something that also helped me was to remember to keep 3 points of contact on the ground, big toe pinky toe, and heals.. when pressing from the ground, keep these three points on the floor and push out with knees.. imagine your tearing the ground or a piece of paper in half.. Hopefully this makes sense and helps someone out💯💪🏽

Anyone who has worked out seriously to develop muscles, such as quadriceps, would understand you are not promoting the quads. It’s the inner thigh. And your inner thighs are the kind I want.

Hi Casey! I’m 140 pounds and I want to do some body building,but I heard too.much protein is damaging for the body. Is it ok to take 170 grms protein if I work out?

It’s also known as a sumo squat. They’re killer and really good for glutes too! Also I would suggest one piece of advice, try switching out your running shoes for a flat surface shoes that’s got a hard sole. It helps balance yourself better to help concentrate the muscles better 🙂

I prefer these to squats for targeting glutes abs upper leg….u can make it full let by standing on toes at the end. I also find it easier on my knees…
