I just do a slow roll-up (well, roll-down) and push my spine into the floor as hard as I can. Gets it every time.

@Kaede Crystal it was just the sound that scared me because I’ve never cracked my lower back like that haha. I wasn’t actually hurt! It actually felt so good.

My spiral bone is kinda outwards . I have very less tissue/fat on my back . I have problem sleeping on floor even if I have a spongy mattress on. I have problem sitting straight. Please suggest some workout.🙏🙏

I actually do this all the time but instead of doing it slow I do it really fast from side to side 2 times! Amazing though, it works!!

One of my favorite back cracking “Position” is that you start lying on your back, prop one leg up and place your foot as near to your bottom as possible and let your propped up leg fall towards the opposite side, as far as possible while your arms lie flat on the ground in a T-Pose.
