Kids who are exposed to these foods from a young age usually do like some of these! But here on YouTube many families let their kids eat whatever they want! Iโve seen a 5 year old eat microwave Mac and cheese for every meal because thatโs all she will eat! So here in American most kids dictate their own meals! Of course theyโre not going to eat anything healthy! Iโm older and in my day the kids ate what I served or they didnโt eat! Now they both eat very healthy and are not picky at all!

I love to cut up zucchini into spheres or wedges and cover with some olive oil, salt, pepper and minced garlic and grill it. Itโs a great side dish!

Persian salad ๐ฅ. Fresh cucumber ๐ฅ and tomatoes and fresh onions ๐ฐ . Diced them . Add dried mint . Lemon ๐ fresh or grapes sour juice . And salt …. been around for thousands years …

These foods are healthy, but “delicious!” is pushing it a little bit, except the strawberries haha.
