It really depends on your goal. If you want max healing than water only during an IF that is 18 hours and up to start inducing Autophagy.

So I only drink decaf coffee…so every time I try intermittent fasting it goes awful…..I feel like so much of it is based on including coffee/caffeine. Do you have any tips for fasting without it?? I cut caffeine out about a year ago because it causes me way too much anxiety and panic attacks.
I don’t ever drink coffee when fasting personally.
