The biggest reason I tend to gain weight is by over eating. This is why I watch calorie intake closely from time to time. I’ve been tracking calories for about a month now.

My biggest problem is depression, I live with someone and he depresses me so bad. When I’m happy and with a good person I naturally lose weight.
So don’t dismiss depression, its not always what you are eating, I stayed under 1,000 a day of good healthy foods and still gained. weight.
Journaling can be helpful, and then of course surrounding yourself with people who are on the same mission as you in life.
I over eat and grave carbs and sugar close to getting my monthly period.
I struggle with lack of support and overeating. This combo had made it super difficult for me ever since I had my kids. My husband has a faster metabolism than me so he gets to eat whatever he wants without gaining much weight. I am currently class 1 obese. Hi Dr… I live in the U.K. and am a healthcare worker who works permanent nightshifts. I have a long journey to and from work and don’t sleep well. To be fair, I never have. I do exercise, but, not as much as I’d like or did on day shifts.

be careful with MCT oil though if you’re not used to it, start with small amounts – i used too much and got massive intestinal pain & diarrhea for hours, go slow with it and build up
