Berries reduce blood sugar levels? It’s just not happening in my case.
Relative to others high sugar modified fruits, those with berry in their name is preferred, if you are going to consume fruits.
Berries still contain sugar and should be eaten in moderation. Too much sugar in any form can cause inflammation.

I also eat alot of Wild Planet sardines, but only get the ones in water. I would think if in lemon or marinara sauce, the acidity would increase BPS leakage into the fluid. Also I skip the olive oil based ones as I don’t know the quality of the oil (rancid or cut with seed oil?), so I just do water and pour it off.
I love sardines..yes, the ones in water are the safest. I put a dash of cholula on them.. ..
