Never have anything with soybean oil! They even have it in supplements like vitamin E. Plus never eat sardines or food that is packaged in soybean oil, look for sardines canned in water etc.

the foods are Manufactured to be addictive. same for fast foods. even worse there. it is all nothing but salt, chemicals, high fructose corn syrup and made up of the Cheapest ingredients they can find to maximize profits.
once I saw how farm animals are treated and abused, I stopped eating bacon, and meat and such. people are eating the flesh of tortured animals. and the nutitional quality of food is Zero. study on how there is little nutrition in the average modern factory farmed chicken breast. it looks good, but has no value.
all we need to be clear is to look at a picture of the people on an average street scene in the late 1950s and a street scene today. the West and the US have become dumbed down Land Whales.
until people understand that fast food and processed food is Poison and stop buying it, nothing will change.

Not sure stevia is all that great for you. Research how they extract the stevia plant. Chemicals are used. Now if you used the actual plant it would be good for you.

All of the sugar alcohols trigger my IBS so I’m not going with the few that you suggested.
I’ve lost the sweet cravings anyway but I noticed that a lot of the keto junk food is loaded with sugar alcohol as a replacement for sugar.
It’s all garbage.

Mono & Diglycerides is the most common term they use on the list of ingredients and it means Trans fats. They put it in everything- fruit bars, tortillas, ice cream, etc.
