This couldn’t be better timing, I actually need to INCREASE my estrogen! Thank you
Thanks Dr. Nick…great information…
Thank you!
Hello, very interesting topic about soy. However, I heard that soy does not “activates” the hormones in your body. Like, it has hormones, but it doesn’t affect your body. Neal Barnard talked about this. You can find his talks on youtube.
Is there some truth to it?
Are there any studies on that topic?
The science is a bit confusing. Another person recently commented flax was raising her estrogen, and the science says in many ways it doesn’t. The science goes both ways. Which is why many disagree on it. Soy is the same way.
I learned from a guy I know who did his PHD on ancestral monks in China that they ate a diet high in soy so that it disrupted their testosterone & lowered sexual urges.
From what he told me soy products do in fact affect your hormones.
I therefore now stay away from it as much as possible.
oh that is soo cool can you do this the other way around like testasteron in females
Interesting idea.
Just found out I have fibroids. Been working on all these things and in just 2 weeks they are already shrinking. Thank you for caring and sharing!!!!
Great work. Continue to support your liver health.
Chronic stress is one of the main reasons women become estrogen dominant. When you are stressed, or overly busy, your cortisol levels go sky high and your body must use up its progesterone to keep up, which will ultimately deplete your “oh so helpful” hormone, progesterone👍
Well come on Doc out in California they’re injecting men with estrogen to help their bodies fight off covid-19. LOL
A lot of the men out there already have too much estrogen. 😂They should start harvesting it.
This is a problem mostly in Western Countries.
Doctor. I get what you’re saying, and I totally agree but, what do you do when you buy water. How does one get around that. I always keep 8 cases of bottled water in the home. This is just in case we go on lock down. Great info! Will share!
1. Dairy
2. Soy
3. Processed foods (indirectly).
4. Water (source it), don’t use plastic.
5. Birth control pills.
What are your thoughts on tempeh? I heard and read that it’s not as bad as tofu…thanks for spreading the truth doc, we need more doctors like you…!
I dont think it’s better than soy product as it also contains a lot of antinutrients.
647 pounds a dairy per year! huh? That’s almost 2 pounds of dairy per day. No way!
Butter, heavy cream and Cheese are my favorites.
Hello Doctor, thank you for making this video. I have a question, do beans raise estrogen levels? Do you recommend eating beans on a daily basis? Beans such as black beans, mung beans, kidney beans etc.
Thank you Dr. Gorgeous! My question is what about those of us post menopausal looking for HEALTHY ways to boost our estrogen?
Hey Doc, Do you still offer your Health consultations? Can I request it from you specifically and not other doctors in your partner network? Thanks!
Wow Doc!! Thanks so much!
👍❤️😊
Maybe now they won’t be laughing at Alex Jones Frogs?
