Last night as I was editing this video, I was going through all my old emails from 2013 – reading through factory communication from a much younger and less experienced Cassey. Looking back, the graphics were so outdated 😬 but my heart never changed: Because I love dessert and food SO MUCH, it has always been my mission to create the most DESSERTY🍦protein powder with the best COOKABILITY.

Over the past 8.5 years, I’ve tested hundreds of vegan powders and never found one I truly loved. Dairy products make me break out so whey, even though very creamy, was not an option. Plus I’ve found whey based pancakes to taste rubbery.

I needed my protein powder to DO MORE. Like, could it not only help me build muscle but also help me with my bloat issues all in one?

Well after testing multiple factories and working with top scientists and chemists in the US…

We did it.

😬😭😝

I’m so happy to share with you Blogilates Sculpt + Debloat Protein Powder…with Probiotics!

🍦Sweet Cream – based off my FAVE ice cream flavor! This is the exact powder I’ve been using in all of my protein pancake recipes on this 90 day journey!

🍫Chocolate Shake – because I know you’d be mad if we didn’t have a thick chocolatey version! This is Sam's fave. At first he couldn’t believe it was vegan!

Together the pea and brown rice protein blend is a complete protein, giving you all 9 essential amino acids. This is needed as AA’s are the building blocks of protein and protein is the building block for muscle.

I’ve been drinking kombucha and eating pickled things to get my probiotics for my gut issues, but wanted to decrease a step in my life, so I added it to the protein!

I hope you get a chance to try it guys! It’s available on right now but you can actually find Sweet Cream in store at Target!

♥️Cassey

PS: You can 100% get your protein from food-food! Eggs, chicken, beans, tofu, even broccoli – they all have protein. But it can be hard to get something desserty and protein rich in a meal, so this powder helps me achieve that while also helping me easily hit my 1-1.2g of protein per lb of bodyweight on this 90 Day Journey.
