Since I have a BIG POPFLEX photoshoot coming up for our new collection (dropping March 23, 2021), I wanted to show you guys what I am eating to prep for my shoot. How I eat to prep for an event or shoot is different than how I normally eat (includes cakes, cookies, ice cream etc.) For photoshoot prep, I keep it gluten free, dairy free, and added sugar free + I drink 1 gallon of water a day. This is what keeps my skin clear, my tummy debloated and me overall feeling and looking my best. I know this (and know my body so well) because of all the detailed notes I took during my 90 Day Journey.

It always amazes me a how HUGE packages of food are in the US, in Ireland if u want to buy a packet of asparagus you’d get maybe 10 stalks

@Abbigail Carr my exact point, the waste of packaging. Like If I want to cook for my family with sugar peas I have buy like 10 packets because there’s like 5 peas in one 😂 i know its a first world problem but still 😅
Costco is known for selling huge bulk packages of food. That’s why my mom doesn’t buy food there lol. In regular grocery stores, the packages of food are a lot smaller

It’s not that great if you look at the macros profile. She’s having 45% Fat, 36% Carbs and only 19% Protein. Given the amount of exercise she does, she could really profit from eating more protein and reducing the amount of fat she consumes to optimize muscle growth. She’s missing out on plenty of gains that could make her body way more toned.

@Gabriela Hermida true, this isn’t the average/most popular macro split, but it seems to work for her (from what we can see on the internet lol) ! everyone has a different body, so maybe hers is fat-efficient (mine is carb-efficient, so this split would kill me haha). but I understand your concern and your points are extremely valid. 🙂

I am going on a 90 day journey starting Monday. I have my 90 day journal filled out with my goals. I’m so excited to start and see the difference.
You shouldn’t be doing any 90 day journey, what you should be doing is picking any form of exercise that you enjoy and can keep doing for the rest of your life. Any kind of diet that has a time limit isn’t worth wasting your time on. You need to find a diet you can sustain for the rest of your life. The best diet is the one you can follow, not what any big internet personality tells you. Change your life for the better and find something sustainable so you can keep the weight off, if not you’re just going to bounce back.

Buy loose produce to reduce plastic/package waste/pollution. And try to support your local farmers at your nearest farmers market, co-op, or grow your own. Raise awareness to minimizing our impact on our planet. ✌🌏
I used to buy loose produce but with COVID it is a lot less sanitary, especially with fruit that people tend to squeeze to see if it’s ripe
Covid doesn’t come from fruits and vegetables but from people to people 😉 pls think about the plant and reduce plastic!
I love that you show each of your meals. My husband and I eat different diets also but it’s my biggest struggle. Great ideas!

Because they bought it from a warehouse that only sells food in bulk, so it’s packaged that way. It’s not like a local grocery store or farmers market.

I’m a Celiac who just started eating gluten free and I’m so glad I did. I got so used to feeling bloated and gross by eating non gluten free food that I didn’t realize how good it would feel to eat something that my body wasn’t rejecting. Listen and take care of your body people!! ❤️❤️
