Edit, I have a question tho, whenever I do Pilates on mat and specifically these rolling ones, my spine seems to bulge and I can like feel the bones tracing the mat so it gets uncomfortable (sometimes painful). I’m more on the skinny side so maybe it’s bcz of that but is that normal? Or does it mean my posture is maybe not right? I’d appreciate an answer!
