Early! Could you make a 10-13 year old, no repeat, fully body, build general strength workout? I’m so sorry for being picky like this, but as summer rolls around, and me being the weakest in the grade, I’d like to see improvement in my strength and you are the one who encourages me most! Please consider, I’m a huge fan of you and your recipes, especially your pancake recipes.

idk a specific workout but a good idea is not to add too many excersizes like lots of fitness influencers because when ur a beginner, doing rlly long workouts will make u burnt out and unmotivated. Instead start small and make it harder as u progress!

Before. You can eat a little snack like a banana for energy. A meal is too much before a workout. And then you can eat a meal 😊

I’m sorry for asking but I’m a dancer and I’m about to start taking ballet classes! The issue is that I’m worried my bras are going to show through my leotards. If I don’t wear a bra I won’t have support, but it looks weird and annoying to wear a bra. I would have to sacrifice the beautiful cut out backs on some leotards to have support. So I was wondering if you could create a dance leotard that is feminine and beautiful but also practical for a dancer such as with built in support!
