I’ve started stretching every day and I can’t wait to get to get to this level! I’ve been doing gymnastics for years, but flexibility isn’t my strong point. you’re really inspiring <3

I started stretching everyday since about 2 years ago without a goal in mind but now I can do this. being flexible has been so beneficial just for daily life AND exercising. I can do the splits now haha and I’d love to keep challenging myself in the future but for now, stretching is really just for recovery and function 🙂

Hello! I have an idea for a new product I’m not sure if you already have this but here’s an idea,you could try making socks that have a rubber grip on the bottom for grip while doing yoga if you don’t like doing yoga without socks and there could be 2 versions one that comes to the ankle and one that comes to the knee and on the knee 9ne it won’t fall like other knee socks just an idea hope you like the idea tho.
P.s I got the idea from me because I hate not wearing socks😆
