If you’ve tried EVERYTHING then you’ve tried sleeping a full 8 hours too. If your body won’t change after putting in all this effort then either you’re overestimating your efforts, or your body is already as good as it gets

First off, I can’t tell whether I’m full enough or not— whenever I eat a lot I still feel like I’m hungry..
Second, I woke up to around 2:45 AM yesterday just to eat some yogurt at night lol— I was really craving some sweets but I just knew that it would be too loud for my grandparents (For example: opening the chocolate milk bottle and pouring it into a bowl, that causes more sound and takes longer.)
Third, I found it hard to breathe sometimes and was really sweaty at night even though I was using a thin blanket. And no, I’m not sick, I just think I’m stressed for no reason at all— (I’m sweating currently and I have no idea what’s causing all of it.. and no, I’m not fat, I have the body of an average person. <— reason why I said this is because fatter people tend to sweat a lot— if it sounds like I’m body-shaming, I’m not trying to and I don’t want to. I’m sorry if you thought I was body shaming 😭)

OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I was wondering whether or not this made a difference or not because I had a good amount of sleep last night and when I woke up, I felt a lot better and of course when you’re sleeping… you’re not going to eat.

I figured it out once I fixed my sleep and looked skinnier in a week without changing my diet at all. Also figured out that I tend to bloat more without normal sleep and my body swells bc of it…

This takes “beauty sleep” to another level. Actually it makes sense. But some people need to pull all-nighters for work, school or uni, so it’s hard to fix that.
