It’s literally only TWENTY pulses… LESS THAN A MINUTE of exercise
If you think you don’t have the strength or motivation to do 30 seconds, that’s actually so sad… I hope u have supportive people in ur life… idk if your parents didn’t praise u enuf as a kid, but just know that u deserve love and u deserve everything!

I had a fitness instructor who did these as part of her class! I hated that bish yet did her classes regularly because RESULTS!!! Turns out she was a ballet teacher who made extra money as a fitness instructor!
