my doctor isn’t allowing me to exercise or anything until my next doctor’s appointment (which should be next week) but ofc these have been the only times I get motivated 😩

My thigh muscles are still in development with this huge muscle at the front so they just look like deformed sausages lol. I’m nevertheless still proud of them, it gives me confidence because of how much stronger I’m getting.
