Guys, lets do this! Im pumped
I think we all change for the better in our own way. I’m guessing that’s what glo up is? Self care and doing things that help us as people to become more authentic and happier versions of ourselves. Anyway my way to “glo up” is by doing certain things that help me change to the person I want to be. One thing is dancing in public. I’m a lot more extroverted now than I was growing up (I was pretty timid as a child), but I still haven’t done the one thing I hated doing growing up- dancing in public. I like dancing and I’d love to be even better at it and also more comfortable doing it with other people. That’s why I made a goal to dance at my relative’s wedding. That’s a big step for me in doing something that I used to be self conscious about. Anyway, my point is that “glo up” steps are very personal and individual based. Is good to look for glo up inspiration if you aren’t sure about how you want to change, but ultimately it’s up to you to decide what changes you want to make to grow into the version of yourself that you like. Also, these changes are not just physical, but also mental. However, don’t change for others or into the person others desire. Most importantly, don’t completely discard your old self, but build on it.
I’m having to start late 😫 we are vacation and won’t be back till the next day. As soon as I get back I will join in! I’m so in!
This is super exciting! I’ve tried to do your challenges is the past but felt wayy too much for me at the time! Now I have lost a good amount but can’t wait to sculpt and tone and clean up my diet even more at least for a bit 😜😘 I’M IN!!! ♥️

I just love you. You positivity and just everything about you. For the past couple months I have just hated my self. My weight, the way I looked , and how I didn’t look like my friends. Skinny. Something I have never been. I was born into a big family. And yet I wanted to be “skinny” my whole life. You have made me discover that I don’t need to be skinny. Just healthy.
