my favorite result from doing blogilates is looking SO MUCH TALLER!!
i’m only 5’3 but i photograph looking like i’ve gained 3 inches just from my legs and arms getting slimmer and my posture improving so much <3

@Étudiante I started doing blogilates daily last year after her 21 Day Tone challenge in January 2021! I think I lost 7 pounds in the first month and I’ve been following her workout calendar ever since – by Summer 2021, my body completely transformed without me even realizing until I saw photos of myself <3

@bangtan vibes I try to follow the monthly calendar but if I don’t have time/fall off my routine, I ALWAYS do the 21 Day Tone videos (1 video per day is easier than 3 videos a day) – the thing that helped me most was listening to Cassey’s instructions during the workout (shoulders down, neck long, belly in, etc.) bc I didn’t realize I wasn’t doing ANY of those things until I heard those corrections! Now I walk with my shoulders down, neck long, back straight, belly in even when I don’t realize bc the workouts made those things a habit <3 Good luck!!!

@idk lots ppl r doing online remote (live ) class for much cheap now ! Mine did ! Went from $100 for 45 min 2 ppl in private class (at her own studio —— always fully fully booked daily cuz so effective ) … to like $21/person class online group . Every time I think 🤔 I don’t need it … just 1 class reminds me how They know their stuff . The dynamic stretch (teach u how to breath .!How the body parts legs . The directions of ankle , foot . Elbow … tiny direction change , n why… “evey time u breath in , while stretching yr left knee further … gental push right hip n shoulder down —— while u breath OUT ! U do stages ! Every time u breath OUT! U stench them OUT !”
When taking so many classes … clients start to understand the Dynamic Stretch (for core muscles that r Hardest to be stretched ) vs cookie cutter online or Gym Personal group class , it’s only visual looks like moving ! Strength training like this move !!! Yr body will Frigin —— seize UP ‘ when seize up ,, u holding in air , u r NOT stretching 🙆🏼♂️ but actually the REVERSE of that 🥵🥵🥵🥵🕳! U feel like ur but ur NOT! Ppl actually take Kinsiology can DE BUNK a LOT of idiotic moves Cassie HO is teaching (not only Ineffective but actually Dangeous 🥵) ! The a few pysio/actual trainer calling her out … cuz they all educated . Quite Cassie’s moves r so Wild like most basics r wrong (as u r new driver , there sit rules to keep ourselves n others safe , anyone who self invent some new rule r heading down disaster ) .

But she’s been doing virtual group class since pandemic 😷. This is me also! That’s why I shop for men’s shoes and pants because they don’t supply women’s clothes for taller people. I’m surprised there isn’t a famous company for it either. I feel you girl!

@Agatemantis 7686 I’ve tried men’s pants but they never fit me right since I have thighs and hips on the curvier side but a pretty small waist; so either I settle on the ones that work with my waist but then the fabric is too tight and uncomfortable around my hips and thighs, or I take a size that accommodates them but then I have a bunch of excess fabric around the waistline that I have to fold like an accordion and hide/hold in place with a belt
May I ask you where you shop for men’s trousers if you’re encountered this issue as well?

I’m already pretty tall but TYSM for this !! I have TERRIBLE POSTURE sometimes from doing virtual school and I’m only SIXTEEN!!! 🙂 Just bc ur young don’t mean posture is best . But I try to so tysm for this exercise you made my day .
