Cardio time! We are going to do high/low exercises to burn fat – we’ll start with the low intensity version then go to the high intensity version!
For example, we'll do 45 seconds of squats, and then move on to 45 seconds of squat jumps!!!!
Got it? Also, you can just do the lower-impact versions in place of the jumping moves, if that works best for you!
This is a 10 minute cardio workout- 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off!

Love it! Almost 1 year postpartum with no exercise. It was impossible for me to complete all the “jumpy” parts, but I am making this video as my GOAL. I will do it EVERYDAY until I am able to complete the whole video 😄😄😄😄😄
I did it immediately, I just had a short warm up. The last exercise was confusing to me. lol
