I will be adding weights today to really burn out my arms (I'll admit it, I wanna feel sore tomorrow!!!!) but you can do this without weights, too!
We'll do each of the 7 moves for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest. After 3 rounds, we'll be done with this weighted arm workout! Your moves are:

My mom saw me doing this struggling to lift and to breath, she no longer takes my weight gaining journey a joke. She said she’s amazed by me taking exercise seriously and she saw my skinny arms get a lot more toned & full (although i haven’t reached my target, only 30% now). Just kidding. I liked the one that goes into the shoulder blades. Not because it felt best but because my back probably needs it the most.
Honestly so proud of myself because I’m seeing such improvement!!! 💗 Today I was able to do the whole workout without any pauses 💪
I dyed my hair since I was a teenager and by my thirties I decided stop doing it, for time mostly but also there are other benefits like saving money or a healthier hair. I like more your natural hair colour to be fair, but If you want a change, go ahead!
