OMAD works well on me. I’m 43 with a pretty slow metabolism and I can lose 10 pounds a month with little effort. Just eat clean food and then once every 3 days you should have an 8 hour eating window day so that your metabolism doesn’t shut down. 2 days OMAD, 1 day with 8 hour eating window. Only clean food like eggs, meat, veg, berries, nuts. Easy peasy.

I have been doing intermittent fasting for 3 months. It’s working very well. But on weekends. I just have to have my oatmeal Raisin cookies, I work out 5 days a week. Any advice on my sweet tooth on weekends. It’s not hurting me. Because I get right back on track… so what do you think please? And thank you in advance…
