I drink 1-1.5lt mineral water (Pellegrino) with Himalayan salt and organic apple cider vinegar every day. During the fasted state(18-20h or prolonged periods), it gives me an extra energy especially when I begin to get hungry. I also take a 200mg magnesium citrate form supplement daily.

Good day. So Iβm new to this fasting. I have some idea about it. Iβm 5-2, 170 lbs and 42 years old. Way overweight. The last time I was happy with weight was when I was 120 lbs and that was when I was 26-30 years old. I have been doing the 16/8 method for 5 days now. Today is my day 5. I simply jumped right into it. For my morning coffee, could you please suggest coffee creamers that will NOT break your fast? Thank you.
